Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. You must apply for the property and be approved before we will remove the property from the market. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
No. Once your lease is signed, you will pay the security deposit as advertised and prior to moving into the property you will pay a cleaning fee and prorated rent based on the day your lease begins. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
We require an application for everyone 18 or older. Minors should be listed as dependents. -
Is the deposit refundable?
The Security Deposit is held in trust and is refundable in accordance with the NC Security Deposit Act. -
Who needs a cosigner?
We do not accept non-occupying cosigners. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Please visit the Available Rentals page of our website to apply for the property that interests you. -
How do I pay rent?
Rent can be paid in your online portal via credit, debit or eCheck, or in our office via certified funds. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Contact our office to provide details on the pet (breed, age, weight, gender) and we will contact the owner for approval. Once approved, the applicable pet fee will be charged and the pet addendum will be signed. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Request a notice to vacate through your online portal and our staff will reach out to you. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Payment responsibility is determined by the type of repair necessary and the contract.
